Deadline for 2025 IFSCC Congress Abstracts– 15 January

We are inviting papers for the 2025 IFSCC Congress in Cannes, France. The deadline for abstract submissions is 15 January and if your work is selected you will have until 29 April to submit your full paper.

The title of this year’s Congress is ‘the Future is Science’ under the themes:

• Skin & Hair Health and wellbeing 

• Holistic Sciences 

• Diversity & Personalization

The Future is Science – Share your exciting research on the biggest cosmetic science stage in the world.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

• Your abstract submission type and topic may be changed following the scientific committee’s recommendations

• The author the author automatically gives the right to the IFSCC to save their full paper in the proceedings of the congress on the IFSCC website, only available for members. This publication in the proceedings does not create anteriority for further scientific publication in another peer review.

• Registration to attend the congress is mandatory

• Please ensure that your work has not be previously published and the author declares the novelty of the study

• Any work that is related to animal testing will be disqualified

• Any mentioning of commercial names is prohibited

• The authors awarded one of the 3 IFSCC awards  (Best Basic research Podium, Applied research podium or best Poster ) are required to publish their full paper in the IFSCC Magazine. 

• Abstracts should not be submitted to this conference if you do not agree with the specific terms and conditions outlined above and within the submission process

• The time allotted to each author for the presentation of his/her podium is 20 minutes in total, no extension will be granted. We recommend that speakers allow 15 minutes for presentation, and 5 minutes for questions, as this is an important point in the awards jury's evaluation

• During the abstract submission, you will be asked to select the type of research and the relevant topic as well as whether your submission is for a paper or a poster
